Abstract

Fever Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever (DHF) is disease contagious which becomes health problems in the world , especially in developing countries . It is estimated that every year occurred 390 million dengue cases worldwide , taking into account case without symptoms . Number This three times more big compared to the number estimated by WHO. In Indonesia, the problem disease the appear since 1968 in Surabaya. Case spread to various area and in 1980 the whole provinces in Indonesia have infected with dengue fever, in 2009 Indonesia reported The highest number of dengue cases in Southeast Asia ( Masturoh , 2021). Fever Dengue Hemorrhagic Fever (DHF) is still become public health problems that require control through the surveillance system effective epidemiology , especially at the community level health center . This research aim For evaluate implementation of the DHF surveillance system at the Sei Mencirim Community Health Center UPT, Sunggal District , Deli Serdang Regency based on input, process, and output components . This research is an observational study with a descriptive approach which was carried out on December 12, 2025. Data collection was carried out through interview deep and filling questionnaire structured to officer in charge answer on the dengue fever surveillance program. The results of the study showed that implementation dengue fever surveillance has walking , but not optimal. In the input component it was found limitations source Power man consequence trapping task as well as training surveillance that has not been sustainable . In the process component , activities recording and reporting has done , but processing , analysis , and interpretation of data is still nature simple . In the output component , the surveillance information generated Not yet utilized to the maximum as base taking decisions and planning of DHF control programs . Therefore , it is necessary strengthening source Power human , improvement capacity data analysis , as well as optimization utilization of surveillance results so that the DHF surveillance system can function effectively as a warning system early at the level community health center .
